Waiver of Liability

I understand that soccer, training, pickup play, tournaments, and related activities involve risks including collisions, falls, contact with players or equipment, uneven or wet surfaces, weather, overexertion, dehydration, communicable illness, transportation, and the acts or omissions of other participants.

Injuries may include sprains, fractures, concussion, illness, permanent disability, or death. I knowingly and voluntarily accept all inherent and reasonably foreseeable risks of participation and attendance.

I am responsible for determining whether I am physically able to participate. I will not participate while injured, impaired, or medically advised not to play. I will use appropriate equipment, follow venue and organizer rules, and stop if conditions feel unsafe.

I understand that EFG does not provide medical advice and that officials or match managers may remove a participant when safety is a concern.

If I cannot provide consent during an emergency, I authorize reasonable first aid and emergency medical assistance. I understand that EFG does not guarantee medical personnel will be present and that I am responsible for medical and transportation costs.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, I release and hold harmless Empire Football Group LLC, its organizers, staff, volunteers, match managers, sponsors, venue owners, affiliates, and representatives from claims arising from the ordinary negligence inherent in organizing or hosting the activity.

This release does not apply where prohibited by law and does not release claims that cannot legally be waived.

I am responsible for my conduct and personal property. I agree to follow rules and instructions and may be removed for unsafe or disruptive conduct. I accept responsibility for damage I intentionally cause or cause through reckless conduct.

Checking the waiver box, creating an account, or otherwise accepting electronically has the same effect as a handwritten signature. Acceptance timestamps and the applicable document version may be retained with my account.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. This waiver is governed by Texas law.
