Privacy Policy

Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

• Account details such as your name, email, phone number, nickname, and skill level.
• Pickup and tournament details such as registrations, team assignments, schedules, scores, roster information, uploaded photos, and waiver records.
• Payment and membership records such as transaction references, amounts, credits, subscription status, and the last four digits or brand of a saved payment method.
• Account-safety information such as cancellations, strikes, suspensions, and acceptance timestamps for legal documents.
• Device information needed for push notifications, including an Expo push token and your notification preferences.

We do not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

We use information to:

• Create and secure accounts and keep profile information synchronized.
• Process registrations, payments, credits, memberships, refunds, and cancellations.
• Operate pickup sessions and tournaments, including schedules, standings, and results.
• Deliver requested notifications such as reminders, schedule changes, announcements, payment confirmations, and strike warnings.
• Provide support, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.
• Meet legal, accounting, safety, and record-retention obligations.

We use service providers only as needed to operate EFG services:

• Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions.
• Square for payment and subscription processing.
• Expo for push-notification delivery.
• Apple and Google when you choose their sign-in services.
• DocuSeal for tournament-specific digital waivers.
• Sentry for application error diagnostics and reliability monitoring.
• Resend for transactional emails.

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Tournament schedules, standings, scores, team names, approved logos, scorer statistics, and selected photos may be publicly visible. Pickup rosters may be visible to signed-in participants in the same session.

Do not upload content you do not have permission to share. Contact us if publicly visible information needs correction.

Push notifications are optional. You can change notification preferences in the app or disable notifications in iOS Settings. When scheduled reminders are available, they may be sent about one hour before a pickup session or subscribed tournament match.

The app displays saved venue coordinates for maps and directions. EFG does not currently collect or store your device's precise GPS location.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and maintain required operational, financial, waiver, safety, and legal records. Some payment and event records may remain after account deletion but are disconnected from the deleted account where practical.

We use HTTPS, access controls, row-level database security, and restricted server credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may update profile information, manage notifications, or delete your mobile account in the app. You may also contact us for privacy assistance.

EFG's recreational programs and account services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, website, or email where appropriate.
