Terms and Conditions

EFG services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials and captain links secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

Prices, availability, session format, and registration limits are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Square. A registration is not complete until the app or website confirms it.

You authorize EFG and its payment processor to charge the displayed amount. You may not attempt to bypass pricing, capacity, eligibility, suspension, or payment controls.

• Cancel 24 or more hours before a pickup session to receive an account credit.
• Cancellations between 6 and 24 hours before a session receive no credit.
• Cancellation less than 6 hours before a session may result in a strike.
• A no-show or late arrival may result in a strike.
• If EFG cancels a paid session, an account credit may be issued automatically.

Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and may be subject to reasonable expiration or account restrictions disclosed in the app.

Empire Membership is currently $19.99 per month and provides the member pickup price shown in the app, currently $4 per session instead of the standard $8 price. Pricing and benefits may change prospectively with notice.

Membership renews through Square until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, partially used billing periods are not prorated or refunded.

Participants must follow venue rules, organizer instructions, fair-play standards, and applicable laws. Harassment, threats, violence, discrimination, intentional dangerous play, fraud, property damage, or repeated disruption may result in removal or suspension.

Four active strike points within two months currently result in a seven-day booking suspension. EFG may take immediate action for serious safety or integrity concerns.

Tournament applications are requests for review, not guaranteed entry. If selected, captains may receive separate payment, roster, deadline, and waiver instructions. Event rules and schedules may change for weather, venue, safety, or operational reasons.

EFG names, marks, graphics, and service content belong to EFG or their respective owners. You may not misuse them or reproduce substantial service content without permission.

When you upload a team logo or photo, you confirm you have permission to share it and grant EFG a non-exclusive license to store and display it for operating and promoting the relevant event or service.

EFG may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, sessions, tournaments, pricing, or availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for delays caused by weather, venues, networks, third-party providers, or events outside reasonable control.

Participation is subject to the Waiver of Liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, EFG services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated.

These terms are governed by Texas law. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
